A free webinar aims to provide attendees key information to “Create A Scalable Business with Aquatic Therapy.”
The webinar, available through HydroWorx, Middleton, Pa, is slated for May 28 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm EDT, according to the HydroWorx website.
Presenters include Keith Ori, PT, and Patrick Gulick, MS, PT, co-owners of Orthopedic Rehab’s Aquatic and Spine Center in Kalispell, Mont. During the webinar, the site says, Ori and Gulick will share how they developed a sustainable, successful business model for an aquatic therapy clinic.
The site notes Ori and Gulick will share why they decided to expand their business to include an aquatic therapy center, how they chose a site and a pool, and how they developed a business plan and the strategies they used to market their program.
The presenters will also discuss how they managed the growth of their business including things such as staffing, training, appointment scheduling, and aquatic therapy program development.
The site adds that the presentation will include Ori and Gulick’s actual financial figures, such as a projected profit and loss statement; annual pool statistics; a 5-year financial summary; and their return on investment.
