On Thursday, February 2 from 1 to 2 pm EST, HydroWorx offers the free webinar “Creating a Successful Aquatic Therapy Program Through Teamwork,” led by Brian Howells, irector of rehabilitation services at Kansas-headquartered Via Christi Health.
According to Howells, teamwork is a necessary component of building a thriving, revenue-producing aquatic therapy program. With that in mind, during the webinar he offers strategies that have helped him and his team build the aquatic therapy program at Via Christi Health.
During the webinar, according to a media release from HydroWorx, Howells will share: What it took to convince administrators to make the initial investment in aquatic therapy; The ways that staff was involved in program planning in order to make sure they felt engaged in the process; How marketing personnel were utilized early on to get the word out about the new program; and Ways to foster mutually beneficial relationships with patients and referrers.
