FlexJobs, a search engine for telecommuting, flex, part-time, and freelance jobs, identifies the top jobs projected to grow at least 25% in 2018 that also come with flexible work options.

Number 3 on the list is physical therapist assistant. As of 2016, it offered a median salary of $56,610.

Occupational therapy assistant, number 7 on the list, offers a median salary of $59,010.

“With hiring practices steadier in the US throughout 2017, workers are becoming more confident in their employment options, and ready to take advantage of a stronger job market to find a flexible job that better suits their lives,” says Sara Sutton Fell, founder and CEO of FlexJobs, in a media release.

“In fact, the number of people who say they’ve quit a job due to lack of flexibility has nearly doubled from 17% in 2014 to 32% in 2017, indicating just how important work flexibility has become to job seekers across all generations and demographics.”
