Rehab therapy software platform WebPT launched in 2008 during that year’s American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting. WebPT celebrates its 10-year anniversary by launching WebPT Reach at the same conference, held this year in New Orleans.

WebPT Reach—also created specifically for physical therapy providers—is a patient relationship management (PRM) software that, according to the Phoenix-based company in a news release, is designed to enable physical therapy facilities of all sizes to consistently engage with patients throughout treatment, thus improving retention, clinical outcomes, and revenue.

The software features three product tiers and provides tools that allow therapy practices to automate and accelerate patient outreach and reactivation.

“When we launched at CSM 10 years ago, we became the first cloud-based EMR built specifically for rehab therapists. Now, the industry is flooded with software solutions,” says Dr Heidi Jannenga, PT, DPT, ATC/L, president and co-founder of WebPT, in the release.

“I’m proud that WebPT helped technologists turn their eyes to this industry in the name of solving problems specific to rehab,” she adds.

“Our mission is to provide rehab therapy facilities of all sizes—from sole proprietors to enterprise-level organizations—the tools they need to not only survive, but also thrive in the ever-changing modern healthcare climate,” shares Nancy Ham, WebPT CEO, in the release.
