Software provider Mediware Information Systems Inc, Lenexa, Ks, announces a major extension of its agreement with exercise program provider PhysioTools to help streamline workflow within MediLinks for Rehabilitation.
This partnership enables clinicians to open PhysioTools from MediLinks and easily create, manage, and provide specific exercises to patients in real time, according to a media release from Mediware.
“We’re thrilled to offer this add-on feature, and the best part—our clinicians won’t have to leave MediLinks,” said Stuart Foster, general manager for Mediware’s Rehabilitation and Respiratory divisions, in the release.
PhysioTools Sales and Marketing Director Gail Milne notes in the release that, as more facilities are forced to go with EMR systems, the deepened relationship between Mediware and PhysioTools is a big win for healthcare providers.
