Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) expands in Washington via its acquisition of Highline Physical Therapy.

The Highline PT brand consists of five outpatient clinics in South King County offering physical, occupational, speech, and massage therapies, and one in-patient location offering services through Highline Medical Center.

“We’re excited to partner with a company like PRN whose vision aligns with our core values,” says Craig Kopet, PT, founder and director of Highline Physical Therapy, in a media release from PRN.

“Knowing that we’ll be part of a network that honors the hard work we’ve put in over the last few decades to build these practices is incredibly invaluable as a business owner and the support of the network will be a welcome addition to our current operations.”

With this acquisition, PRN now comprises 15 outpatient physical therapy clinics and one inpatient clinic in the state of Washington.

“Expanding to a new area of the Pacific Northwest made sense with the dedicated and talented team at Highline Physical Therapy,” comments Bruce McDaniel, CEO of PRN. “The partnership allows us to serve a broader population while continuing to deliver superior care that meets our expectations across the board.”
