eWellness Healthcare Corporation, provider of the PHZIO platform for the physical therapy and telehealth markets, announces the advancement of its sales and marketing efforts to various state and federal employee groups and agencies.

eWellness’ marketing to state employee groups and agencies will begin with the state of Florida, according to a news release.

“We are very excited to introduce our PHZIO treatment platform that could offer up to a 50% savings ($174 million annually) on PT/OT costs to the state of Florida. We anticipate participating in existing PT services Requests for Proposals, along with a direct dialog with state officials for the provisioning of customized PT/OT and corporate wellness service plans,” says Darwin Fogt, CEO of eWellness.

In addition, eWellness reports it has now registered as a qualified US Federal Contractor under the US Federal Contractor Registration Program, and its initial focus will be to market the PHZIO platform to the Veterans Administration, according to a separate news release.

“We are truly excited to introduce our PHZIO treatment platform that could offer up to a 50% savings ($160 million annually) on physical therapy costs to the VA. We also plan to introduce PHZIO to other government departments including the Department of Defense. We anticipate participating in existing PT services Requests for Proposals, along with a direct dialog for the provisioning of customized service plans,” Fogt adds, in the release.
