Clinicient Inc, an outpatient rehabilitation business solutions provider headquartered in Portland, Oregon, announces in a company press release that it has added two new executives to its team.

Steven Sipowicz is the company’s new chief financial officer, and Jim Neumann is its new vice president of marketing.

Per the release, Sipowicz specializes in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures, and he has more than 25 years of experience managing the financial operations of both public and private high-technology companies.

Prior to joining Clinicient, he was the chief financial officer at vendor management software company ShiftWise. He was also the chief financial officer of Cascade Microtech and Corillian.

Sipowicz has a BSc (Honors) degree from Bristol University in the United Kingdom and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Neumann has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial marketing experience at start-ups, midsize companies, and large corporations, including AT&T, NCR, and IBM. At IBM, he was group vice president of marketing and communications for the IBM technology group, the release notes.

Throughout Neumann’s career, per the release, he helped launch early-stage technology companies and new products, amassing a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
