Five Star Senior Living Inc announces that Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions, its senior-focused outpatient therapy solution, is opening four new clinics throughout the state of Washington.
These clinics—located in Shelton, Bremerton, Burlington, and Mount Vernon—mark Ageility’s first operations in the Pacific Northwest.
“We are expanding our geographic reach with a current partner based in the Pacific Northwest and we have other potential business growth opportunities within the area,” says Denise Kelly, vice president, in a media release.
“Ageility’s model of partnering with local home health agencies and establishing outpatient clinics in senior living settings positions us to address the full continuum of care.”
Ageility offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services at more than 130 locations across the country. Additional services include its signature programs: Five Points Fitness; Step Up to Stop Falls; and Connections, Ageility’s brand new memory care therapy model.
