Medical device manufacturer medi USA announces it has entered a partnership agreement with sports medicine company Topical Gear.
medi USA manufactures compression therapy, orthopedics, spinal bracing, prosthetics and foot care products. Topical Gear produces performance wearables featuring T:25 technology, which is engineered to activate the wearer’s neuromuscular communication and targeted compression.
According to a news release from Whitsett, NC-based medi USA, the partnership aims to challenge the traditional approach of addressing sports injury to instead focus on prevention.
Moving forward, both companies expect that their partnership—by maximizing the product development talents and resources at both companies—will spark innovation and additional research and development.
