Athletico, based in Oak Brook, Ill, announces in a media release that its locations in the Iowa region have ranked among the 50 companies in the Top Workplaces for 2015, compiled by The Des Moines Register.
The Top Workplaces rankings are determined based on an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a research firm that conducts studies on organizational health and employee engagement. The company conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 30 major publishing partners and compiles a list of 150 National Top Workplaces, the release explains.
“Our success is the direct result of our employees’ abilities to extend Athletico’s core values beyond our daily responsibilities,” says Mark Kaufman, Athletico founder and president and an Olds, Iowa native, in the release.
“I am honored to work with our great team who push, assist, and advance our culture and work environment on a daily basis. Athletico has a long runway, and I believe we can only get better from here,” he adds.
