Athletico Physical Therapy has entered into a partnership with the Major League Baseball (MLB) team the St Louis Cardinals, according to a company news release.
In the release, Mark Kaufman, Athletico founder and president, states that partnering with the St Louis Cardinals was “a natural step in advancing the Athletico name in the Midwest. We are looking forward to a strong relationship with the Cardinals for years to come.”
The release notes that as part of the new multiyear agreement, Athletico will have presence at Busch Stadium and receive media exposure, as well as provide post-race stretching for runners at the annual Cardinals Care 6K and Fun Run.
Dan Farrell, senior vice president of Sales & Marketing, St Louis Cardinals, articulates the team in partnering with Athletico. Farrell adds that it made sense to align with Athletico Physical Therapy, which he classifies as “ an industry leader on the forefront of providing physical therapy services.”
