OPTP, Minneapolis, introduces the PFProp, which is designed to activate the pelvic floor muscles and help improve core function and posture.

Made from soft polyurethane foam, the two-sided cylindrical tool measures 8 inches long, 1.75 inches wide, and 1.5 inches high. The flatter side provides less pressure, and the rounder side provides more pressure.

Simply place the PFProp on a chair and sit on it while performing exercises that strengthen the pelvic muscles. Detailed exercise demonstrations are included with the PFProp.

Among those who can benefit from the PFProp are: men and women who sit for long periods of time, women who have recently given birth, women with urinary incontinence, and the elderly.
