Hoggan Scientific LLC has launched its new RSI Rehab Strength Indicator, a new wireless force monitor designed to transform progressive resistance exercise and rehab for physical therapy. The new product is a force gauge feedback device that attaches to resistance cords and bands, and combined with software, the Indicator measures and records results of applied force and time of patient during exercise or rehabilitation. The force sensors’ compact design makes the device highly portable, and the real-time feedback is stored on iPhones and iPads. The Hoggan Scientific news release notes that software will soon be available for use on laptops, smart phones, and desktops. The device has a force capacity load of 80 pounds force.
