Author Lauren Roxburgh offers an online video class to educate users about her LoRox Aligned Roller, which was developed and distributed in partnership with Minneapolis-based OPTP.
Roxburgh, along with New York-based lifestyle media brand MindBodyGreen, designed the class to help participants experience balance, restoration, and rejuvenation using the foam roller.
