Auster Enterprises Ltd introduces the Auster Suspension Systems, which combines both static and dynamic bands into one bodyweight suspension-based fitness system.
The system features three core products, all housed in a backpack: the Auster Battle Staff, designed for asymmetrical resistance exercises to eliminate imbalances, and perform high intensity training and rotational moves; the Auster Flex, which includes two medium resistance Dynamic Bands for a quick and complete workout in the home, hotel, office, or on the road; and a Bone Anchor to hang from a door.
Most lightweight and portable is the Auster Traveller, which combines bodyweight and resistance exercises for complete workouts that grow with the users’ abilities, and can be used in any location, according to a company news release.
