The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) is partnering with Lenbrook, an upscale continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Atlanta, to bring personalized fitness programming to its residents.

NIFS hired Lenbrook fitness center manager Daniel Van Brocklin to implement new standards for fitness testing, exercise prescription, and new member onboarding, per a media release from NIFS.

Other services the NIFS partnership with Lenbrook is providing residents include the Wellness Lecture Series, NIFS Balance Challenge, and Fitness Freeze. The community will also have continued access to NIFS leadership team for ongoing consulting on fitness center operations, equipment selection, and integration of exercise programming with the community’s life enrichment programs and events, per the release.
