Biofeedback Device
Metron Medical Inc offers the Spinal Sensa, a new biofeedback device designed to allow therapists to set spinal positioning information, individually programmed for patients. The unit consists of a clinical base station and a patient sensor. The sensor is programmed in the clinic to give patients a range of motion for acceptable flexion and extension of the lumbar spine. While patients wear the programmed sensor at the prescribed intervals, a vibration alerts them when they move outside the range.
