Therapy Trainer Tables
Tri W-G offers therapy trainer tables for laboratory work, lecturing, computing, testing, and studying. The durable, professional-grade student training table is designed specifically for today’s energetic students. The structural integrity of the table is due to a welded monolithic tubular steel frame, with no fasteners to come loose. The table integrates a self-leveling floor glide onto the base frame, resulting in a stable writing top. The plastic-laminated top is the perfect writing surface for taking notes during lectures and testing. Attaching the removable mat to the table enables it to become a lab work-manipulation table—and the students never leave the room. Space is no longer a problem for the administration as the table performs multiple functions in the same space. The table is available in numerous sizes and upholstery colors.

Strength-Training Devices
Life Fitness introduces Circuit Series, a new strength-training line for exercisers of all levels. The machines offer a low-profile design without intimidating weight stacks, an easy-on/easy-off design with no required setup adjustments, and user-designed range of motion. An innovative resistance-selection system—exercisers set up resistance by pushing and pulling buttons from a seated position—make the machines easy to use and minimize user intimidation. The low starting resistance is perfect for those undergoing physical therapy, with limited strength capability, or for those new to strength training. Small resistance increments allow exercisers to increase resistance as needed and measure progress. Large seats accommodate users of all sizes, and easy-to-understand placards explain how to perform each exercise.

Pneumatic Cervical Traction
Glacier Cross Inc offers Pronex, a pneumatic cervical traction unit that relaxes muscle tissue, supports and maintains the natural curve and alignment of the neck, and does not interfere with the temporomandibular joint. The unit weighs less than 3 pounds, yet it provides up to 35 pounds of continuously adjustable traction. Compact and easy to use, Pronex cradles the supine patient’s head and neck on two foam cushions connected by an air-inflated bellows. One cushion supports the back of the head while the other cradles the neck muscles and shoulders. Patients have total control over the amount of traction applied. Squeezing the inflator bulb increases pressure through a full range of gradations; opening a release knob gently reduces it, providing intervertabreal disk decompression and anatomically correct cervical support. Pronex enables patients to manage pain, improve disc height, and control negative muscle activity. Ergonomic design encourages patient compliance.

Bicep/Triceps Cuff
The Cho Pat Bicep/Triceps Cuff applies dynamic circumference pressure to the upper and lower portions of the bicep and triceps muscles, particularly at the tendon attachments. This action spreads out the stress and direct pull on the muscle attachments, which helps reduce the likelihood of developing bicipital, and tricipital, tendinitis or tendinosis. The comfortable Bicep/Triceps Cuff offers protection from overuse injuries, especially in individuals performing repetitive lifting in certain occupational duties, or in activities such as weight training or rowing.

Bungee Walker
The NeuroGym Bungee Walker, by NeuroGym Technologies Inc, is a new rehabilitation tool that enables clients to actively practice tasks needed to improve mobility and balance, leading to more effective gait training. The Bungee Walker uses bungee cords to provide safe ambulation with graduated support. The seat follows the body around two different axes to allow for natural movement. The base of the walker can be widened to enable mobility in all directions, thus enabling activities like playing soccer. High forearm supports can be added for users with weak trunks and upper extremities. The Bungee Walker permits graduated weight bearing and provides the safety and mobility necessary to retrain protective reactions, such as sidestepping and one-leg stance.

The open and closing of the cap with one hand allows the user to maintain position and procedure continuity. The device has been engineered to eliminate drips and "draw back." Its self-sealing silicone valve instantly cuts off the flow of gel, maintaining a clean and safe work environment by preventing drips and produce residue while eliminating product drawback into the bottle, reducing the potential for cross-contamination.

Painmaster Products Corp offers the micro current therapy (MCT) patch, which helps speed the healing of muscle soreness and injuries. Placed on either side of a painful area, the MCT patch emits tiny electrical charges that counteract the natural charges that cluster at the site of an injury. The currents are finely tuned to the normal electrical exchanges taking place at the body’s cellular level to stimulate the tissue and enhance circulation. The MCT patch can be used to treat lower back, knee, and joint pain, as well as arthritis, muscle spasms, and a variety of sports-related injuries.
