Alinea Engage is now a part of Casamba’s partner network. The integration is available immediately for Casamba Clinic customers and will roll out to Casamba Skilled users later in Q2 2019.
Alinea’s platform is engineered to enable outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation providers to digitize intake forms and assessments, allowing patients to complete paperwork before their appointment. It also offers the ability to engage clients between visits and extend marketing outreach services upon graduation from care.

“We’re excited to add Alinea to our partner network, and we’re certain that our customers will recognize the value they can deliver to their operations,” says Luis Montes, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Casamba, a developer of electronic medical record (EMR) solutions for home health agencies, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing facilities and contract therapy providers, in a media release.

“Alinea has been working closely with a wide range of therapists and staff to digitize intake and engage patients in a way that truly optimizes efficiencies and boosts revenue,” states Carol Vance, founder and CEO of Alinea, a Milwaukee-based physical therapy software firm.

“As patients love Alinea too, we really help our clients stand out and gain loyalty. Casamba has been an extraordinary partner in this process, and we’re especially excited at the power of this integration to further streamline workflow on a whole new level.”

Digitization of the intake process, like that offered by Alinea, can be a key factor in minimizing patient “no shows” and maximizing revenue. Alinea decreased skipped or missed appointment by more than 50% in a case study with a large urban practice, the company suggests in the release. It also reports that more than 80% of patients using the platform complete their paperwork before their first visit.

Casamba also announces it has closed a deal with Forcura to offer its document workflow solution to Casamba customers.
