Compass Health Brands has acquired Richmar, a manufacturer and marketer of therapy modality devices and consumables used by therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
The acquisition of the Chattanooga, Tenn-based company will provide a way to help strengthen Compass Health Brands’ position in the rehabilitation market according to a media release from Compass Health Brands.
