University of St Augustine for Health Sciences, along with John Hopkins University, offers a continuing education seminar May 21-22.

The seminar, “Exercise Strategies and Progression for Musculoskeletal Dysfunction,” will take place at the Johns Hopkins Health Care and Surgery Center in White Marsh, Md, on Saturday, May 21, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Sunday, May 22, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Taught by Eric Chaconas, PT, DPT, PhD, MTC, CSCS, FAAOMPT, assistant program director for the Department of Physical Therapy on the USAHS St. Augustine campus and 2002 Towson University alumnus, the seminar will cover treatment strategies for such issues as low back pain, total knee replacement, shoulder instability, and sports conditions, according to a media release from University of St Augustine.

Participants will have the opportunity to earn up to 1.5 continuing education credits.
