Exos, a brand of DJO Global, Vista, Calif, offers the Exos Wrist Brace with BOA, which is designed for various carpal bone injuries.

The company notes on its website that the brace is intended for carpal bone injuries such as lunate, pisiform, or triquietral fractures, scapho-lunate dislocations, triangular fibro-cartilage complex tears, radio-carpal ligament injuries, or minimally displaced or stable distal radius or distal styloid fractures.

The brace may also be used to support stable wrist fractures and control wrist motion for other injuries that require stabilization.

The brace also has the ability to thermoform and custom fit to the patient’s extremity, and openings around the base of the thumb and across the palmar crease aim to enable range of motion and provide greater comfort without loss of stability. Additionally, a detachable nylon strap across the web space is designed to provide comfortable and adjustable distal control.

The product also does not contain latex, the site states.

Available for both the left and right hand, the brace is available in six colors: black, pink, spider, camo, polka dot, and denim. Sizes run from 3XSML (5 ¾-inch hand circumference) to XLG (11-inch hand circumference).
