Agility Health Inc, a provider of physical rehabilitation and software services geared toward patients, healthcare providers, and employers, has appointed Terry Vanderkruyk as its chief corporate development officer.
In a company news release, Steve Davidson, CEO, Agility Health, articulates the company’s excitement in Vanderkruyk joining the team.
“His experience in the life sciences sector with a focus on business development, acquisitions, finance, and investor relations is a great fit with the next phase of growth at Agility,” Davidson says.
The release notes that Vanderkruyk began his career with the Medical Products Group of Johnson and Johnson Inc, where he led a variety of senior management positions in the healthcare arena. For the past 8 years, he has served as chief corporate development officer with Coastal Contacts Inc, with responsibility for acquisitions, business development, and investor relations.
The release adds that through its subsidiary and principal operating entity, Agility Health LLC, Agility Health operates a multistate network of outpatient rehabilitation clinics and provides contracted services to hospitals, nursing homes, and other institutional clients, providing care and treatment for orthopedic-related disorders, sports-related injuries, preventative care, rehabilitation of injured workers, and a variety of other injuries and conditions.
